My name is Stephen Brooks and I’m a traditional archer who has been shooting for four years. I’m trying, with varying degrees of success, to master the art of instinctive shooting (I’m failing).

I’m writing this blog to catalogue my struggles and successes in the hope that it may help others on their traditional archery journey. I’m not an expert and am still learning everyday so I appreciate any and all feedback.
